This is not an entrance for the newcomer. Travelling through this entrance means an almost certain monsters. Not the easy types mind you, but the big ones: frost trolls, water elementals, ice fiends, snow leopards, orcs, the works! The only redeeming quality is that this entrance is the only way to get to the ice lands of the second age. If you choose to take this path, watch yourself and make sure the mark a rune when you get through.
