Dragon Edition Contents

This is the Dragon Edition, I got this image from The AVault's interview with Richard Garriott.

Here are the scans of the DE contents, I couldn't scan the cds or manuals, they were too dark because my scanner sucks.

This painting is known as the "Tapestry of the Ages"

The Dragon Edition includes:
  • Virtue Tarot Cards
  • Cloth Map of Britannia
  • Synthetic Leather Journal
  • Synthetic Leather Spell Book
  • Gold colored Ankh
  • CD featuring all 10 games from Ultima series
  • Music CD
  • A certificate from Lord British
  • And a Poster of the ascending Avatar

The Regular Edition 1st print includes:
  • Virtue Tarot Cards
  • Cloth Map of Britannia

After the Dragon Edition is out of print, and after Regular Edition 1st Print are out of print, the following Ultima IX boxes will supposedly not contain the limited edition cloth maps.

Another collectible item is the music CD. Which you have to purchase seperately, it is the same as the CD that comes with the Dragon Edition, except it includes a few more tracks.

The Japanese Dragon Edition includes:

Everything the US Dragon Edition includes except that instead of an ankh it includes a codex amulet, and instead of the US poster it includes a different poster, The Tapestry of the Ages as seen above, except poster sized.

Easter Eggs

Auric's Ultima Moongates has an Ultima IX Easter Eggs page, here's a screenshot I took of the Avatar's fridge full of dead parts, it's the UA team's sick joke, heh.
