NAME: Stone and Plaster Home
CAPACITY: 425 items (3 sec.)
COST: 41,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 7x7
OSI's DESC.: An attractive contrast of building materiials culminates into a remarkable ensemble giving the house a unique feel, in any neighborhood.
MY NOTES: One of the more popular of the single-room house designs. This house can be found all over Britannia. It is used primarily to house vendors. If you are looking for a guild house, then look into something a bit larger.

NAME: A Field Stone House
CAPACITY: 425 items (3 sec.)
COST: 41,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 7x7
OSI's DESC.: A house for the frontier. This sturdy home boasts a strong set of walls for defense against encroaching monster hoardes.
MY NOTES: The field stone is the most realistic of the small houses. It is the perfect setting for a laboratory of workshop. This is the most basic house design. If you are considering a house, I would suggest one of the new multi-story models. They offer more room, yet require the same size footprint.

NAME: Small Brick House
CAPACITY: 425 items (3 sec.)
COST: 41,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 7x7
OSI's DESC.: This home will fit nicely into any community setting. The brick is made from imported stra from Papau and mud from the Trinsic swamps.
MY NOTES: This house is just a smaller version of the large brick house, once again it has the same basic design as many of the other small house. This would be a good suggestion for a player run city that wants it's houses to have the same style. Otherwise, opt for something a little more visually pleasing.

NAME: Wooden House
CAPACITY: 425 items (3 sec.)
COST: 39,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 7x7
OSI's DESC.: Hewn from the Yew forest, the wood gives the home a warm feel while protecting the owners from the harshest winter storms.
MY NOTES: Visually pleasing, this house is a decent home. Once again the single-floor design makes the space a little tight. This house is fine for basic uses. It also works well as a vendor house. This style is rarer than many of the other single room houses.

NAME: Wood and Plaster Home
CAPACITY: 425 items (3 sec.)
COST: 41,00gp
FOOTPRINT: 7x7
OSI's DESC.: An attractive contrast of building materiials culminates into a remarkable ensemble giving the house a unique feel, in any neighborhood.
MY NOTES: One of the more popular of the single-room house designs. This house can be found all over Britannia. It is used primarily to house vendors. If you are looking for a guild house, then look into something a bit larger.

NAME: Thatched Roof Cottage
CAPACITY: 425 items (3 sec.)
COST: 41,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 7x7
OSI's DESC.: Don't let the cottage name fool you. This hosue provides as much room as any, and is often less expensive. A bargain when you can find one.
MY NOTES: There isn't much to say about this house, it is basically a matter of personal taste when selecting a single-room home. This house is a little more rare than many, but it is still found throughout the land.

NAME: Brick House
CAPACITY: 1100 items (8 sec.)
COST: 145,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 14x14
OSI's DESC.: Not just a larger version of the small brick house. This is the same house selected by Nonoi the Wandering Bard and his 10 wives, when they finally settled.
MY NOTES: I have seen many well decorated brick houses; however, this design is rarely chosen. The house requires a very large footprint (almost enough to fit a tower!). The result is that it is very difficult to find a valid location. If you need a house immediately, then look for a more suitable building design.

NAME: Two-Story Wood and Plaster
CAPACITY: 1370 items (10 sec.)
COST: 180,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 14x14
OSI's DESC.: When space on the ground is a concern, homebuilders build up. A good amount of floor space makes this an excellent home for the merchant.
MY NOTES: This type of house is an excellent choice for a personal house. Often, this house doesn't work well for large group because all of the rooms are fairly small; however, the two floors add much space to this building. One design flaw are the stairs; unfortunately they reduce the usable space drastically.

NAME: Two-Story Stone and Plaster
CAPACITY: 1370 items (10 sec.)
COST: 180,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 14x14
OSI's DESC.: When all is said and done, stone and plaster is clearly the frontrunner in the merchant's home choices. Visually attractive to the customer, and plenty of room for stock.
MY NOTES: Almost identical to the Two-Story Wood and Plaster. All the differences are purely cosmetic. Perhaps choose your style based on your geography? That is, if you are near Trinsic, then choose stone; and if you are near Yew then choose wood.

NAME: Large House with Patio
CAPACITY: 1100 items (8 sec.)
COST: 145,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 15x14
OSI's DESC.: Those who long for a view while tailoring or smithing can appreciate the importance of a patio. Make no mistake, if you wish to talk to neaighbors while working, you need this house.
MY NOTES: None.

NAME: Tower
CAPACITY: 2119 items (15 sec.)
COST: 405,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 16x14
OSI's DESC.: Guilds reaching for the stars should consider nothing less than the tower. A mighty bulwark that verily spits in the eye of the clouds for having the audacity to look down on you.
MY NOTES: Where to start with this beautiful building... The tower is probably the most useful and popular building in Sosaria. Although the keep and castle are larger, the tower probably has the most usable space. The tower has three floors with large rooms. Additionally, there is a huge roof that can be decorated as well. All in all, the tower is a magnificent piece of architecture.

NAME: Small Stone Keep
CAPACITY: 2625 items (18 sec.)
COST: 622,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 24x24
OSI's DESC.: Leave it to Bartonamus the Insane to find the worst name for this citadel. When being chased by the local raging orc horde, no place is a safer retreat. (Burning pitch not included.)
MY NOTES: A massive building, the stone keep is a dominating structure. The large footprint makes this house horribly difficult to place. Also, once inside, you may find the interior disappointing. The total usable space is rather small. In addition, most of the rooms are narrow and difficult to get to. This building would be good as a guildhall.

NAME: Castle
CAPACITY: 4076 items (28 sec.)
COST: 956,307gp
FOOTPRINT: 31x31
OSI's DESC.: Large. Enormous, Gargantuan, in fact. This wonder of modern architecture crushes the ground beneath its mighty structure as if to show the ground what sturdy really means.
MY NOTES: This building is more a status symbol than anything else. Anyone who is luck enough to own one of these is either ridiculously rich (not because of the deed price, but because of the over-inflated market value -- Over 10 million gp!!) or they are a real veteran. The largest problem with the castle is that much of the space is unusable. Also, the roofs are inaccessible making the building less useful. Overall, a castle just isn't worth it.

NAME: Sandstone House with Patio
CAPACITY: 850 items (6 sec.)
COST: 84,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 10x7
OSI's DESC.: The architects of Trinsic recognize good building material and so should you. A bulwark with flare, this home will stand the tests of time as it offers great placement for vendors/
MY NOTES: None

NAME: Small Stone Tower
CAPACITY: 580 items (4 sec.)
COST: 81,500gp
FOOTPRINT: 7x8
OSI's DESC.: Need a place to hock your magic wares? This small tower offers an elegant design scheme with three stories. A favorite among scholars and wizards, this is the choice for the magic practicioner.
MY NOTES: None.

NAME: Two-story Log Cabin
CAPACITY: 1100 items (8 sec.)
COST: 90,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 8x13
OSI's DESC.: This is the rustic home for the discriminating adventurer. When you want the best, without pretension, this is the home you need. The orcs will be beating down the door to meet the owner of this rustic mansion.
MY NOTES: None.

NAME: Marble House with Patio
CAPACITY: 1370 items (10 sec.)
COST: 177,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 14x14
OSI's DESC.: Want the ultimate house to lounge in? This home shows why marble is the best material for those who care about appearance and quality. The patio addition is icing on the cake.
MY NOTES: None.

NAME: Two-story Villa
CAPACITY: 1100 items (8 sec.)
COST: 126,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 12x12
OSI's DESC.: Taking time to appreciate the finer things in life is an important lesson to learn. Think of this house as a remarkable teacher. Two floors of supreme comfort and beauty make this home a must have.
MY NOTES: None.

NAME: Small Stone Workshop
CAPACITY: 425 items (3 sec.)
COST: 56,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 7x7
OSI's DESC.: A blacksmith's home and shop in one. This is a sturdy structure with an open area for a forge and shop, while a second story provides plenty of room for private living quarters.
MY NOTES: None.

NAME: Small Marble Workshop
CAPACITY: 425 items (3 sec.)
COST: 58,000gp
FOOTPRINT: 7x7
OSI's DESC.: This home has three stories and makes the most of a small footprint. An excellent use of space, this attractive home is good for the businessperson or adventurer.
MY NOTES: None.
